Am Beispiel von vier Hochschullehrgängen mit Masterabschluss der Pädagogischen Hochschule Niederösterreich beschreibt dieser Beitrag die vielfältige und vervielfachende Wirkung professioneller Personalentwicklung an Schulen reflektiert, unter welchen Bedingungen im schulischen Bereich durch qualifizierte Weiterbildung nachhaltig aufgehen kann.
